The European College of Sport Science invites you to become an exhibitor at ECSS Glasgow 2024 to showcase your services and products to a unique audience of up to 3000 international participants with a sport science background and professionals from relevant sport science, technology and medical business sectors.
Please read our website ‘Become an exhibitor’ carefully and pay particular attention to the opening, set up and dismantling times, as there are slight adjustments compared to previous years. Further information can be found in the exhibitor manual.
The early bird booking deadline for booth spaces is 15 April. The late booking deadline is 15 May. Secure your booth space now as exhibition space is sold on a first come first served basis! In addition, ECSS offers a large variety of partnership opportunities to further enhance your engagement. In our partnership catalogue you will find more information about these opportunities.
To simplify the booking process for our partners we have digitalised our booking system for SportEx. Please carefully read the instructions on our webpage ‘Your Partner Account’ and create your account from there or enter your partner account here if you already created one before. All desired items can be booked directly from there and paid for by credit card or bank transfer! In addition to our SportEx webpage, you will find our current partnership catalogue, the floor plan, as well as our exhibitor manual within your partner account.
