Please note that all required documents for the ECSS YIA and GSSI Award applications must be uploaded at the latest during abstract submission. Email applications are no longer accepted. Information for students: To be eligible for the awards, please ensure timely submission of your student enrolment confirmation (‘myStudent Status’ in your ECSS account), as its acceptance is crucial to completing the application process and availing the discounted student membership fee.
ECSS YIA and Travel Grant
One of the key objectives of the ECSS is the promotion of young scientists and the fostering of state-of-the-art research. Apply for the prestigious ECSS Young Investigators Award and present your best work to a jury consisting of the ECSS Scientific Board and Scientific Committee. To support participants from lower income countries, ECSS has established the ECSS YIA Travel Grant and ECSS Travel Grant.
GSSI Award and Travel Grant
Our platinum partner, GSSI, offers two unique opportunities in the areas of nutrition and hydration. The GSSI Sports Nutrition Award and the GSSI Young Scholar Travel Grant aim to promote young scientists’ research and further advance the development of these scientific fields.
