Non ECSS Members can save on registration fees by becoming an ECSS Member before registering for the congress. Enter your ECSS account and complete your membership within the section ‘myMembership & Benefits’. Please read the information on our membership model carefully when you become an ECSS Member!
Student registration is only available for full time students. A copy of your official university student enrolment certificate, in English and including an expiration date must be uploaded in your ECSS account within the section ‘myMembership & Benefits’ under ‘myStudent Status’. Once this certificate has been confirmed, you can register for the reduced student registration fee. For early bird registration, this upload must be made before 12 April 2024. Otherwise, it will not be possible to approve and process your student registration request in time.
Registration is simple and can be done via your ECSS account as well. You can pay the congress fee within the section ‘myCongress’. Check our registration guidelines here.
REMINDER for presenting authors: The registration payment deadline is 26 April 2024.
