SportEx is the hub of our congress, providing the perfect platform for networking and collaboration with a unique audience of approx. 3,000 international participants with a sport science background and professionals from relevant sport science, technology and medical business sectors.
Please read our website Become an exhibitor carefully and pay particular attention to the opening, set up and dismantling times, as there are slight adjustments compared to previous years. Further information can be found in the exhibitor manual which will be published soon.
In addition to an expansive exhibition area, the ECSS offers a large variety of partnership opportunities to further enhance your engagement. Please note that exhibition space and partnership items are sold on a first come first served basis. We therefore invite you to secure your desired booth space and partnership item(s) at your earliest convenience. As SportEx also opens its doors to the public, feel free to invite your distributers, customers and guests to your booth. Exhibition day tickets (excluding scientific sessions and other functions) are available on site.

To simplify the booking process for our partners we have digitalised our booking system for SportEx starting 2023. Please carefully read the instructions on our webpage ‘Your Partner Account’ and create your account from there or enter your partner account here if you already created one before. All your desired items can be booked directly from there and for ECSS Glasgow 2024 we installed a digital payment option so that all your bookings can be paid directly online by credit card! In addition to our SportEx webpage you will find our current partnership catalogue, the floor plan, as well as our exhibitor manual (to be announced soon) within your account.
